1. FLIGHT TICKETS

Terms of the Airlines:

The airline tickets offered through FFDTravels (website) are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline, including but not limited to their cancellation and refund policies. FFDTravels acts solely as a facilitator, enabling Users to book flight tickets. The service contract for the flight's utilization is exclusively between the User and the respective airline.
Airlines reserve the right to reschedule flight times, alter routes, or change/cancel flights or itineraries without prior notice to FFDTravels. As a facilitator, FFDTravels has no control over airline operations and is not responsible for any direct or incidental losses a User may incur due to such changes or cancellations.
Please note that tickets for the same airline may have varying restrictions, services, and prices.
The baggage allowance for a selected fare is determined by the airline, and FFDTravelsdoes not influence these terms. Certain fares displayed during the booking process may be “hand baggage fares,” which exclude free check-in baggage. Users selecting such fares will need to pay an additional fee for check-in baggage. Charges for adding check-in baggage vary across airlines. Users are encouraged to contact the respective airline directly for detailed cost information.

Code Share

Some airlines enter into "code-share" agreements with other carriers, meaning that on certain routes, the airline selling the ticket does not operate the flight itself. Instead, it partners with another airline to provide the service. The partner airline will be indicated as "operated by" during the booking process.
If your flight involves a code-share arrangement, this information will be disclosed to you during the booking process and before payment.
FFDTravels will inform Users about such code-share tickets only if this information is provided by the airline to FFDTravels.

Pricing

The total price displayed on the payment page of the Website typically includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and a convenience fee. Users must pay the full amount to confirm their booking. If the full payment is not made, FFD Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking. Users agree to pay all applicable statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as per the travel date.
To qualify for infant fares, the child’s age must be under 24 months for the entire itinerary, including both the onward and return journeys. If the infant turns 24 months or older during the return journey, a separate booking at a child fare will be required. All infants and children must be accompanied by an adult as per airline regulations.

Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure they possess valid travel documents, such as identity proof, passport, visa (including transit visa), and any other required documents, to undertake their journey. The User acknowledges that FFDTravels shall not be held liable if the User is unable to travel due to a lack of valid travel documents.
Any information provided by FFDTravels regarding travel documents is purely advisory and should not be considered definitive. The User is responsible for verifying the travel document requirements with the respective airlines and the authorities of the jurisdictions they plan to transit through or visit.

Check-In Terms

Users are advised to verify check-in timings directly with the airlines. Typically, check-in opens 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international flights.
Users must carry valid identification documents, such as ID proof, passport, and age proof, as required to confirm the identity, nationality, and age of all passengers traveling on the ticket, including infants.

Use of Flight Segments

If the User does not proceed with the onward journey, the airline will automatically cancel the entire PNR associated with the booking. In such cases, FFDTravels has no control over the process and is not obligated to arrange alternate bookings for the User. Cancellation penalties in such instances will be governed by the respective airline's policies.

Changes to Existing Bookings

Any modifications to an existing booking will incur charges imposed by the airline, in addition to the service fee charged by FFDTravels.
The User is responsible for paying all applicable fees for any changes or alterations made to their booking. These charges may vary depending on the airline's policies and the fare class associated with the booking.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the airline's fare rules and cancellation policy. These refunds are subject to FFDTravels receiving the amount from the airline. Please note that the convenience fee paid to FFDTravels at the time of booking is non-refundable.
For cancellations made directly with the airline, Users must notify FFDTravels to initiate the refund process. The refund processing time may vary based on the mode of payment and the policies of the bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued after deducting FFDTravels' service fee, which is separate from the non-refundable convenience fee.
Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment. For instance, if the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed as a charge reversal to the same card. Similarly, if a debit card was used, the refund will be credited back to the same debit card.
In cases of cancellation and refund for partially utilized tickets, any upfront discounts or promo code discounts availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Charter

Terms of the Charter Company

Charter services refer to the booking or hiring of an entire jet, aircraft, or helicopter, as provided by the Charter Company.
Charter bookings made through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Charter Company, including cancellation and refund policies, which will be shared with the User at the time of booking and detailed in the booking confirmation voucher.
The User acknowledges that FFDTravels acts solely as a facilitator to enable the booking of charters. The service contract is exclusively between the User and the Charter Company.
The Charter Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booked charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, lockdowns, operational requirements, or technical/mechanical issues. Arranging an alternate charter is subject to availability and is solely at the discretion of the Charter Company. FFDTravels has no control over this process. Any fare difference for a rescheduled charter will be based on the prevailing rates at the time of rescheduling.

Facilities on Board

Carry-on luggage/baggage allowance, boarding and lodging facilities, passenger capacity, food, and other amenities are determined by the Charter Company. FFDTravels has no role in defining or altering these terms. While FFDTravels may assist in conveying User requests to the Charter Company, fulfillment of such requests is at the discretion of the Charter Company.

Changes to Existing Bookings

Any changes to an existing charter booking will incur charges as determined by the Charter Company. Users are required to pay all applicable fees for any modifications or alterations to their bookings.

Travel Documents

Users must provide the Charter Company with passenger details, including names, nationality, passport number, date of issue, expiry date, and any required medical reports, well in advance to secure necessary security clearances for travel.
Failure to carry valid travel documents or denial of boarding for any reason is solely the User's responsibility, and FFDTravels will not be held liable in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as per the Charter Company’s fare rules and cancellation policy. These refunds are subject to FFDTravels receiving the corresponding amount from the Charter Company. Please note that the convenience fee paid to FFDTravels at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the booking. For example, if a credit card was used, the refund will be processed as a charge reversal to that card.Similarly, if a debit card is used, the refund will be credited to the same debit card.

3. Hotels

Role of FFDTravels and Limitation of Liability

FFDTravels serves as a facilitator, providing an online platform for Users to browse, select, and book accommodations. The term "hotels" includes all types of accommodations, such as hotels, homestays, bed-and-breakfasts, farmhouses, and other alternative lodging options.
All information about the accommodations, including category, images, room types, amenities, and facilities, is provided to FFDTravels by the respective accommodation providers. This information is intended for reference purposes only.
Any discrepancies between the images or descriptions displayed on the website and the actual conditions of the accommodation must be addressed directly by the User with the accommodation provider. FFDTravels is not involved in the resolution process and bears no responsibility or liability for such discrepancies.

Information from the Hotel and Hotel Terms

The hotel booking voucher issued by FFDTravels is based solely on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding inventory availability. FFDTravels cannot be held liable for any failure on the part of the hotel to accommodate the User with a confirmed booking, the quality of services provided, or any other service-related issues at the hotel.
In the event of denial of check-in by the hotel for any reason, such as overbooking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms, FFDTravels’ liability is limited to either offering a similar alternate accommodation (subject to availability) or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid). Any other service-related issues must be resolved directly by the User with the hotel.
Hotels have the exclusive right of admission, and FFDTravelsdoes not influence their decisions to admit or deny admission to the User. Some hotels may not allow unmarried or unrelated couples to check in, as per their policies. Similarly, hotels may deny check-in if appropriate identification is not provided, or they may refuse to accommodate residents.
FFDTravels is not responsible for any denial of check-in by the hotel under these circumstances or for any other reason outside FFDTravels' control. No refund will be applicable if check-in is denied under such conditions.

Responsibilities of the User

The User is responsible for any damage caused, either willfully or negligently, by themselves or their accompanying guests to the property of the hotel. The extent and amount of such damage will be determined by the hotel, and FFDTravels will not intervene in this process.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.
The User must present a valid identity proof and address proof at the time of check-in. If the User fails to provide valid identification, the hotel reserves the right to deny check-in.
Check-in and check-out times, as well as any changes to these timings, will be governed by the hotel’s policy. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability, and the hotel may charge an additional fee for such services.

Additional Charges by the Hotel

The booking amount paid by the User covers the stay at the hotel and may include breakfast and/or meals, as confirmed during the booking process. Any other services utilized by the User, such as laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, or beverages, must be paid directly to the hotel.
Hotels may impose a mandatory meal surcharge during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, or other holidays, as determined by the hotel. All additional charges, including these mandatory surcharges, must be settled directly with the hotel. FFDTravelshas no authority to waive these charges.

Payment for Bookings and Any Additional Payments

Booking of a hotel can either be “Prepaid”, or “Pay at hotel” as per the options made available by a hotel on the Website of FFDTravels.
In the “Prepaid” model, the total booking amount is paid by the User at the time of booking itself. Such total booking amount includes the hotel reservation rate, taxes, service fees as may be charged on behalf of the actual service provider, and any additional booking fee or convenience fee charged by FFDTravels.
At the hotel’s or FFDTravel'ssole discretion on a case-to-case basis, the User may also be provided with an option to make a part payment to FFDTravelsat the time of confirmation of a booking. The balance booking amount shall be paid as per the terms of the bookings. For security purposes, the User must provide FFDTravelswith correct credit or debit card details. FFDTravelsmay cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect.
Some banks and card issuing companies charge their account holders a transaction fee when the card issuer and the merchant location (as defined by the card brand, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are in different countries. If a User has any questions about the fees or any exchange rate applied, they may contact their bank or the card issuing company through which payment was made.
Some accommodation suppliers may require the User and/or the other persons, on behalf of whom the booking is made, to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses that may be incurred during their stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by FFDTravelsand solely at the behest of the Hotel.
In the “Pay at Hotel” model, the concerned hotel will collect the entire payment against the booking at the time of check-in. In the case of international bookings, the payment will be charged in local currency or any other currency, as decided by the hotel. For security purposes, the User must provide FFDTravelswith correct credit or debit card details. FFDTravelsmay cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect.

Payment for bookings and any additional payments

The Website may include links to third-party websites. FFDTravels does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content. Accessing any third-party website is done entirely at the User's own risk, and FFDTravels assumes no liability in this regard.
FFDTravels is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or representations on its pages, links, or any linked websites, as this information may be updated or provided directly by the service providers or advertisers.
FFDTravels does not endorse or recommend any advertisers on its website or any linked sites. Users are advised to independently verify the accuracy of all information provided on third-party websites.
