Passengers will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.
All passengersmust use the correct details (name, passport number, contact info, etc).

After successful payment, tickets will be issued and delivered electronically. In case of any issues, please contact customer support within 24 hours.
Any changes to the booked ticket/rooms/transport (date, time, passenger name, etc.) are subject to the airline/hotel/transporter/other suppliers’ policy and may incur additional charges.
Requests for modifications must be made at least 24-48 hours before departure.

Refunds will be processed as per the fare type and cancellation rules outlined during the booking process.
A refund will be provided after deducting the applicable cancellation fees as per the airline’s policy.
No refund is available for non-refundable tickets. However, certain taxes and fees may be refundable.
Refund requests must be initiated within the validity period of the ticket.
The refund amount against the cancellation will be credited directly in the customer's mode of payment after receiving the amount from the Airlines.
We will process the refund only after getting a cancellation requestfrom the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the request is approved. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
