Every booking made on FFD Travels is subject to cancellation charges imposed by the respective airline, hotel, or other service providers. These charges may vary depending on the service provider’s policies and the terms associated with the booking.
In addition to the cancellation charges imposed by the airline, FFD Travels levies a nominal fee for air ticket cancellations:
Domestic Flights: Rs. 300 per passenger, per sector.
International Flights: Rs. 500 per passenger, per sector.
These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund. Please note that these fees are applied in addition to any cancellation penalties charged by the airline.
The EMTC insurance fee is non-refundable.This fee will not be returned under any circumstances, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
The Zero Cancellation-Fee product premium charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
All convenience fees charged by FFD Travels are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations or modifications to the booking.
Some bookings may be non-refundable by the specific airline’s policy. Such bookings will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of cancellation or modification.
Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
We assist you in making various amendments in your bookings. In certain cases, you need to contact the airline directly for amendments.
Amendment charges on Ffdtravels.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
If you need to cancel air tickets within 24 hours of departure, we recommendyou to contact the airline directly and after that, submita cancellation request to our website for refunds.
Online: Log into your account on the FFD Travels website or app and follow the instructions to cancel your booking.

For hotel bookings and rental car reservations, cancellation charges are levied by the respective hotels or service providers. These charges may vary based on the provider's cancellation policies and the time of booking.
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make request for any valid refunds, according to predefined policieswithin 90 days ofthe travel date for air/ rail/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest once request is received. In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges along with our service charge. All refunds shall be processed subject to the processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
