No refund will be provided if the customer does not show up for the trip.
In rare cases where a booking is canceled by FFD Travels, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Certain bookings such as flights, peak season hotels, or special packages may be non-refundable.
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation policies of third-party providers will also apply where relevant.
