PAYMENT POLICIES

Currency: All transactions will be processed in the currency chosen at checkout. Any conversion fees are subject to your bank’s policies.

Transaction Fees: Depending on the mode of payment selected, a nominal processing fee may apply.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.

Security: All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

Booking Confirmations: A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. If a payment fails, customers may retry with another mode of payment or contact customer support.

Disputes and Chargebacks: In case of any unauthorized or disputed transaction, customers should contact our support team immediately.

Payment Failure: If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 7 business days. Customers are advised to retry using a different payment method.

Promotions and Discounts: Any discounts or promo codes must be applied at checkout. Promotions cannot be applied after payment is completed.

Taxation: Taxes will be applied based on the country of departure, destination, and applicable laws.
