Payments once made are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy. Customers must ensure timely payment to avoid cancellation.
Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and necessary travel documents. Any issues arising due to missing or invalid documents will be the customer’s responsibility.
The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip. Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
FFD Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused during the trip due to third-party services or unforeseen events.
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
